Spinner Cards

Ajay fell in love with spinner cards.  He bugged me for such a long time to make one and with his help we made these two together.  First card was a very simple birthday card for my dad.

Happy Birthday spins from side to side!

This next one was a birthday card for one of his teachers.  We used the Sweet Treats cartridge to cut out the cupcake.  Glossy accents just to add something extra to the white cardstock and cupcake.

Birthday Card for my Niece

Here is a birthday card I made for my niece.  She is a beautiful little princess and definitely a "girly" girl!  I used the Paisley Cricut Cartridge and welded two purses together.  Had to add the flowers and heart ribbon to match her personality.

Birthday Card for my Favorite Little Girl

Here is a quick and easy birthday card I made for my daughter's birthday.  I used the Happy Birthday embossing folder with my Cuttlebug and added some Stardust Stickles to add some sparkle.  She sparkles in my eyes! :)

Housewarming Card

One of my favorite Cricut Cartridges is Wild Card.  Here is a card I made for a friend's housewarming.  The number on the front of the card is her actual house number.

Birthday Card

One of my favorite brand of stamps is Hero Arts.  I fell in love with their Starburst Lace stamp and just had to have it.  Here is a birthday card I made with it along with the sheer envelope that I thought added an extra delicate touch.  Not sure if these pictures do justice to the stamp but this card was very beautiful!

A close up of the embossing...

Playing with rhinestones to see which one worked better. :)

Sheer envelope I got on clearance a long time ago at Michaels...eventually you do use up your stash of goodies! :)

A New Chapter

After contemplating for quite a while I decided to tryout the world of blogging!  I was encouraged by three very important people in my life to do this so lets hope I can keep up with this whole new world of mine.  :)  My biggest fan and supporter of my hobbies is my husband and best friend, Abey.  My other two supporters are Janice Sharma and Sandra Ugalde.  Thank you ladies for always, always, always being there for me.  I am so blessed to have you both in my life and could not have ask for two better girlfriends.   I also have two young fans, Sumitra and Ajay.  They are my most prized possession and my main reason for documenting our lives.

I wanted my first post to be dedicated to my husband.  Here is a card I made for him for our 15 year wedding anniversary (2/11).

Thank you for always supporting and encouraging me to step outside of the box, you are an amazing person!
